Disebabkan mak aku selalu complaint yang dia bosan dengan masakan bibik yang balik2 ikan goreng, sup bebola ayam dengan cendawan, sambal ikan, sayur goreng dll., aku dengan aina pun berusaha la nak masak lauk-pauk yang 'menyelerakan' nak bagi umi makan.

baru la umi seronok nak balik makan dinner kat rumah kan? =)

at the same time, boleh la belajar masak sekali~

kelmarin aku masak ayam dengan cendawan, dengan daging masam manis.

sedap bila letak banyak colorful veggies.i like!

harini nak cuba masak beef wellington plak.

aku tak tau laa nama dia Wellington Beef ke Beef Wellington (ah, sama je la)

biasela..aku kan suka tengok rancangan masak-memasak kat tv.

aku tau pasal Beef Wellington ni pun bila tengok Jr. Masterchef Australia s1.

memang dah lama teringin nak buat ni.tapi macam susah je.

bila tengok Gordon Ramsay buat baru nampak macam senang.heee~

The judges told him that he made the most delicious Beef Wellington.

and he won the challenge that day.

untung laa kecik-kecik dah pandai masak.

aku dulu kecik-kecik pandai makan je~ =P

tak pandai nak gulung daging tu dengan puff pastry, bila potong dah bersepah2~

it was supposed to be firm and tight~

happy that they complimented on this beef wellington.

too bad tersilap beli gravy masa kat cold storage tadi.

haih.should have checked the ingredients more carefully next time.

sos BBQ plak dah 2 tahun expired.

rumah aku ni memang suka simpan makanan expired btul la.

aku yang tukang membuangnye..haihssss.

rabak poket asik nak masak/makan makanan western je.

pokai sebab beli bahan-bahan nak masak je -___-"

lepas ni makan je la ikan goreng, sayur goreng, sup bebola ayam dgn cendawan balik.

hye peeps.

i know paper quilling is quite a trend nowadays.

it is a really interesting hobby/passion.plus the colorful papers and patterns =)

aku pun sengaja nak menggatal membuang masa buat ni.

actually aku nak buat ni nak bagi popoko.tapi tak sempat nak siap.

*semua barang nak bagi kat dia memang selalu tak sempat nak siap*

hahaha.nanti laa org buat lain ek popoko =)

this is my first time quilling, so here it is :

bila tambah warna ketiga dah start cacat.

taktau nak isi apa tengah2 tu.sebab row ketiga dah mencacatkan bentuk asal.

the curls are not that smooth.

aku pun pakai gulung je nak bagi muat ruang tengah tu.

saje je nak buat just to try something new and to fill up my time =)

hey all~

For a change, today Aina and I made lasagna for dinner.

this was our first attempt to bake our homemade lasagna.

and our first time to handle with the pastry sheets.haha.

somehow macam confused nak boil pastry sheet with the oil first atau macam mana.

so hasil rebus tu, pastry sheet jadi melekat-lekat..and tercarik2 bila nak disusun.

and i just found out that tak payah rebus pun takpe, cuma rendam dalam hot water. =P

sebab nanti kita nak bakar dalam oven lagi.kalau dah rebus, then bakar lagi, pastry tu akan jadi soggy.

ours is just fine.not soggy at all =)

senang macam nak masak spaghetti cuma tambah kerja nak buat cheese sauce dia.

tak nak letak cheese sauce pun boleh.up to your liking.

pastry sheets yang berlapis2 with cheese sauce yang tebal.

there goes my diet~

somehow i disagree with aina and bibik.nak letak perasa la baru sedap.blablablabla.

sebelum ni takde guna perasa pun, sedap je spaghetti~depend sangat kat perasa tu.huh~

sejak buat shepherds' pie haritu laaa ni pandai guna perasa perasa bagai.huh~~

to complete our meal, we've prepared some salad and mashed potatoes =)

and dinner today was awesome!

alhamdulillah~ rezeki Tuhan nak bagi menikmati makanan macam ni~

i havent done anything interesting lately.

didnt post anything about new years' resolution as everyone did too.

well, i went to Kedah earlier this year.just to send off Aiman at MRSM Kubang Pasu.

aku jadi AJK Kebersihan asrama je dulu.hee.

tahun ni ktorg dah start pergi jogging pagi2 kat Taman Jaya.near Amcorp.near lrt Taman Jaya.

hah.Taman Aman punya dekat taknak pulak pegi kan.

bukan apa..kat taman jaya macam lagi selamat lagipun lagi ramai org and agak tak terlindung compared to Taman Aman.

biasalah.mak aku kadang2 overprotective sampaikan nak jogging kat taman pun tak boleh.

and this year will be going to Sawahlunto, Padang for work.wont be going to Jakarta anymore.

hope Sawahlunto is better than Cibitung.

harap2 pergi after wedding Ajim and Ajlaa.nak pergi wedding diorg =/

hye peeps!

hari khamis lepas abgngah baru balik dari Sydney and surprisingly bought cherries and few boxes of strawberries.

and the cherries are quite ripe so kalau tak cepat dimakan nanti sia-sia je.

and so aku cakap awal2 yang aku nak buat cherry clafoutis.

so i put aside my portion of cherries.

asalnya aku tahu pasal clafoutis ni bila aku tengok junior masterchef Australia.

so alang-alang dah ada cherry, boleh la try buat clafoutis.

aku guna resepi dari JoyofBaking.you can check the recipe if you're interested to try =)

and here's mine :

red cherries

pitted cherries simmered with butter and sugar.

pour the batter until the cherries are fully immersed or partially up to your liking.

now we bake.and wait.

cherry clafoutis.tapi tak jadi.

the taste is fair but the texture is not what i expected.

supposed the batter would turn into a soft pudding-like fillings to the cherry.

but it was my mistake because i think i put a little too much flour into the batter.

so....hasilnya jadi kental macam...entahlah..tapi yang aku tau tak jadi la clafoutis ni.*sobs*

sudahnya aku sorang je yang makan. =(

at least aku dah trial and error resepi ni and aku tahu hasil dia sepatutnya jadi macam mana.

eiii.tu la gatal nak letak tepung lebih sikit tu kenapa.uhuk.

makan sejuk2 pun sedap.rasa macam makan puding roti dengan anggur.hee.

tak jadi pun tak jadi lah.at least it is still edible.*ayat nak sedapkan hati*

hello again!

masa aku baru kerja kat Cibitung, tempat makan semua tak tau dekat mana, so kitorang kena jalan2 cari makan lah..

first time makan bakwan ni aku ingat lagi dekat Warung Mbak Ning.

dekat kedai tu dia jual makanan Sunda.bakwan dia macam sedap gila~

aku tanya pak ujang, gorengan apa tu yang ada jagung dalamnya..

dia pun bagitau la nama gorengan tu bakwan.yang ada jagung tu, bakwan jagung~

hah.balik Malaysia aku sibuk je tanya bibik dia tau tak nak buat bakwan.

tos jagung dulu ye~ lagi sedap guna jagung yang fresh.bukan dalam tin

sugar, spice and everything nice~

diaduk-aduk sehingga sebati

and we sizzle till frizzle~

taddaaaa~ bakwan jagung nya udah siap~ pas untuk dimakan~

eleh, bakwan jagung ni, cucur jagung je sebenarnye.

saje je aku nak kecoh lebih.

heyy peeps!

what have you guys been doing recently?

lately aku telah mem-busy-kan diri cari uni nak sambung study.

which university, what course do they offer, what kind of research.financial aid, and so on...

and so, aku pun bagi alasan dekat bos nak balik Malaysia awal sebab nak pergi uitm postgraduate open day.

bos dengan baik hati bagi balik seminggu awal, siap bayar extra flight charges sebab tukar tarikh balik.

aku pergi dua booth je, which is research institute of natural products for drug discovery and faculty of plantation and agrotechnology.

i can say that the first booth is quite unconvincing, mungkin cara lecturer tu explain ke apa.

but from the 2nd booth, aku dapat banyak maklumat and i asked a lot of questions daripada mcm mana nak cari supervisor sampai ke financial aid.

she was very convincing, and very encouraging.and i feel so happy that i talked her (not another quiet and passive lecturer).

head of plantation faculty lagi you.

apa yang aku dapat dari program tu memang sangat2 membantu.

oh btw, aku apply under faculty of plantation and agrotechnology sebab natural products for drug discovery tu didnt catch my interest at all. maybe because my final year project pun about soil bacteria and its characteristics as plant growth.

so i think i'm quite confident if i'll be doing my research related to that (plants, soil, etc.)

do you want to know what i'm thinking?

aku rasa aku nak buat research pasal rose diseases.hahaha.

sebab now my little pokoks are sick =( plus sekarang musim hujan.bunga ros kan manja~banyak air pun tak boleh.sikit air pun tak boleh.alahai.

anyway, do wish me luck~ baru apply je, tapi tak tau dapat ke tak.hee.

and thanks a bunch to family and friends and YOU yang banyak tolong bagi info and semangat semua. ;)

selalunya kat rumah aku, every sunday is housekeeping day.

kemas tu, kemas ni. cuci semua kereta~

masa aku kecik2 dulu malas gilaaa nak kena bangun pagi2 kemas rumah.

zzzzzzzzz~ and umi akan keluarkan semua buku dari book shelf, and suruh kitorang susun ikut ketinggian -___-" stressss.and banyak lagi.

but not this time.kali ni ktorg kemas kotak2 yang penuh dengan buku2 daripada attic.

ahh...umi dengan abah pun ulat buku jugak~ :D

i'm home!

maybe this will be our last time going to Jakarta.mungkin lah.pergi lagi sekali pun kalau nak pergi shopping, jalan2 je.*tak kot*

with a interesting in-flight experience.minus the sakit tengkuk.

what i like about being in an aeroplane is the feeling when the plane is going to board.and land.

bila nak boarding : speed aeroplane laju.gegar2 langgar batu.lepas tu sikit2 terasa macam bahagian depan tu dah cecah udara~ fly fly fly~

bila nak landing : aeroplane tu turunkan tayar depan.tutup sikit kat bahagian sayap *prepare to land* lepas tu nak land gegar2 langgar batu.bila semua dah bahagian dah selamat mendarat aeroplane makin lama makin slow.

aku je kot yang rasa perasaan thrill macam tu bila naik aeroplane. =P

oh.the interesting in-flight experience was when there's this young and beautiful french lady, enthusiastically converse in bahasa indonesia with makcik2 dari malaysia.

and it seems that these makcik2 doesnt know much in english.so berbelit2 jugak la pompuan perancis yang baru belajar bahasa indonesia ni nak cakap dalam bahasa indonesia/malaysia dengan dorg.

aku dengan dina dekat seat depan tergelak2 je la dengar dorg berborak.haha~

i heard she said that she learnt to speak in bahasa indonesia from the books and dari oraeng *omputih cakap oraeng*

i simply adore her guts to start a conversation with anyone.and she does seem friendly though.nice huh =)

for now, i have to sleep in aina's room because the attic is still under renovation.

so bilik aku ganti jadi bilik stor letak barang2 dari attic semua.

dunno when will i get my room back.*sobs*

anyway, so glad to be home.cant wait to visit my little pokoks tomorrow~

sedih bila ada uncle buat renovation ni amik keratan dari pokok-pokok saya.

tak tanya pun =( takpe lahh~ i know my little pokoks are beautiful~ :D

hellooooo!

i'm sure you guys out there are feeling all excitedddd for tonight match.

its all in the news sejak indonesia kalahkan vietnam haritu.

hais....nak tengok tv.bila keluar berita asik-asik pasal final sepak bola.

tengok program gosip-gosip artis pun boleh keluar berita pasal sepak bola.

seperti mana yang korang semua tau.aku bekerja bukan di kawasan bandar Jakarta. aku kerja kat ceruk kampung mana tah aku pun tak tau. Keadaan warga indonesia yang sangat-sangat bersemangat ni kadang-kala membuat aku dengan Dina, dua makhluk warga Malaysia yang tersesat kat kampung Indonesia ni, sedikit takut.jangan main-main dorang ni.

haritu ada sekumpulan org kampung sini, diupah nak angkut arang-arang, tiba-tiba je jerit-jerit 'Indonesia! Indonesia!' whattheheck lah kan.buat bodoh sudah.

harini pun bila datang ofis, Pak Gani cakap 'malam ni kita akan bertempur' (in a friendly way, sambil gelak2). Lagi nak tanya Pak Gani ni kita sokong yang mana.hahaha.pastinya dukung timnas kuning hitam Pak! haha.bersyukur la pekerja-pekerja kat kilang ni semuanya friendly. *phew*

Pak Joko pun excited je tanya malam ni ktorg tengok bola sepak ke tak.Pasti nonton Pak!

semangat nasionalisme warga Indonesia ni kadang2 menakutkan betul.huhu.

hi hi hi!

my 22nd birthday fall on the 5th of november last saturday.

it is a pity that i have to work on saturdays and i am not in the birthday mood as well.being away from your family and country, there's not much can be done.furthermore, this place is still a stranger to me.maybe he feels the same way too.celebrating his birthday all alone in a place he's not familiar with (yeke tak familiar).

it surprised me when someone called and asked for confirmation and direction that he wanted to deliver me a bouquet of flowers.for sure i was shocked enough and i wondered who the hell would send me flowers while i am in Jakarta. I just told him the hotel where we are staying and i said that i dont know any landmarks nearby. Since last saturday was holiday, there's no one in the office. And who in Jakarta knows my birthday? And Dina pretended not to know anything about it.

In my mind, there's only one person who would send my flowers.no one else except Syahir Aizat Abdullah Sani.Tak sedetik pun terfikir yang dia akan minta alamat dari Dina.of course.without me knowing it.I even told him that i'm thinking of not accepting the flowers because i dont know who's the sender.So on our way back to the hotel, we stopped by at Alfamart and he called asking whether i've received the flowers or not.and i said why should i take them as i dont know who sent them?

ahaa.that was when he told me that he's the one who had sent me those flowers~ you really did surprised me syahir ijat~~ ye ye je lah receiptionist tu kata aku ada secret admirer.tak percaya langsunglah kalau macam tu.kikiki.

you really made my day syahir ijat~ you're such a sweetheart~ its very thoughtful of you~ thanks! ;)

pagi ni mendung je macam pagi-pagi dekat Malaysia.

i hope it wont rain.takde payung.and not prepared if it rains down here.

beberapa kali aku datang Jakarta, tak pernah hujan pun kecuali ada satu malam bulan Ramadhan lepas.

dekat Bandung ye lah hujan...brrr~ i miss Bandung.

back to all the lab works.and the sakit kepala.and the batuk2.and the sakit2 badan.uhuk.sedih.

and again, we're staying at the sinful hotel.why sinful? because they allow couples to have their 'private' time.kat Indon takde Jabatan Agama ke?

and no.they dont like us staying at the hotel for too long.nanti mula la tarik muka.muka benci je tiap kali ktorg nak bayar.

ugh.benci betul duduk sini. -___-

well...work is work.sabar je lah.

Wind Orchestra haritu pun tak dapat pergi. tapi takpe lah.dah dapat pergi tengok saringan pun jadi lah.

and i'm going to miss out the Home Deco Expo which will be held at KLCC this weekend and the next.

because...i'm thinking of refurnishing and reorganizing my room.

ye lah..bukan nak buat dalam masa terdekat.nak jugak lah buat budget simpan duit beli perabot.

sekarang ni kan musim konvo.sana sini org letak gambar graduation.

TAHNIAH sume~ berjaya gak korang habiskan final year project,thesis semua kan.

kesusahan zaman belajar tu la yang akan jadi kenangan terindah korang nanti.

hahaha *gelak jahat*

rezeki kita masing-masing berbeza.

macam aku, belum graduate lagi aku dah ditawarkan pekerjaan.tak sempat pokok anggur aku nak berbuah.

tapi kerja aku sekarang ni takde kena mengena langsung dengan apa yang aku belajar dulu.

macam kilang dah kena tinggal 10 tahun kan? tapi ni lah kilang tempat aku bekerja kat Jakarta.

few samples yang aku dengan Dina dah buat analisis.warna semua sama hitam.keluar lab memang badan penuh arang sana sini.

kawan-kawan yang kat luar sana.sabar ye sementara tunggu dapat kerja.

buat lah kerja part-time sementara nak dapat kerja idaman tu.ataupun, grab je mana job yang dapat.pergi je semua interview yang kena panggil.bukan ape.dapat jugak pengalaman kan?

sekarang ni dah tak pelik lah kalau kite dapat kerja yang bukan dalam bidang kite.no worries =)

ada kawan aku kerja sales jual produk kesihatan.ada yang kerja angkat telefon.ada jugak yang jadi cikgu sambilan (ye...kau le tu Wannor). apa-apa pun.asalkan kerja yang halal kan?

i'm back in Malaysia for my convocation this monday!

had a very hectic week in Jakarta.but not as bored as last time.

this time we really really have a lot of work to do.

nak balik Malaysia pun macam berat hati je sebab nak tinggalkan kerja yang tak siap dalam lab tu.

and they really depend on the lab results to continue the production.

tak sampai hati pulak nak kasi tanggungjawab kita kat orang lain sementara kita takde.

still have to wait for the working permit though.so i'll be in Malaysia for quite some time =)

trip kali ni dah bagi aku sedikit sebanyak gambaran sebenar macam mana org Indonesia ni bekerja.i mean, kerja bila diorang ada kat kampung sendiri.

my boss is really determined and he is someone who doesnt want to meddle into nonsense stuffs.

ada satu kejadian kelmarin yang mana Ucl Wahab nak buang dua orang pekerja.

lepas tu esoknya ramai-ramai mogok tak puas hati sebab dia kena buang kerja.

still dalam mood raya ke? hihihi.selamat hari raya kepada korang2 yang still beraya tu.

raya kali ni best! mungkin sebab aku excited kot? so rasa semua pun seronok.

apa yang best sangat raya tahun ni?

ada buat kuih raya sendiri! hehe.tapi tak sempat nak raya dah habis.bukan buat banyak pun.sekadar nak cuba resepi.hee.tak pernah2 nak buat kuih raya kan.
of course la sebab ada banyak nasi impit & kuah kacang! my all time favourite.yang banyak kolesterol tu jugak yang sedap =P
dapat pergi takbir rumah ke rumah tahun ni~ siap dapat duit raya lagi.haha.tak sedar diri dah besar :D
tahun ni pergi beraya kat Pekan.ziarah kubur arwah atuk belah abah.lepas tu visit sedara mara yang aku tak pernah ingat pun diorang ni sedara.haha.selalu pergi pakai redah je kan.bukan nak ingat sape.sedara mara belah abah la ni semua kat Pekan dengan Kuantan.
dapat makan pulut panggang special dengan kari.sedap sangat makan kat rumah Cik Nab.tiba-tiba rasa mcm cool gila sebab dia kahwin dengan lelaki Cina yang sangat cool and baik.kikikiki~
kebetulan ada family gathering dekat Bahau, Negeri Sembilan.Tahun ni tak dapat nak beraya kat Kuala Pilah sebab masa sedara mara lain buat konvoi, ktorg still ada kat Kuantan.so tahun ni tak dapat la nak makan ikan keli salai masak lemak cili api dekat Batu Kikir.
family gath tu untuk family wan belah umi plak.again.kali ni jumpa uncle2 dgn auntie2 yang tak pernah nak kenal sebelum ni.kebetulan pulak ada anak uncle ni jadi lecturer kat Jakarta? =P

pendek kata, seronok raya kali ni.bersyukur aku masih punya keluarga =)

ahh..yang tak bestnye ;

heyyo.selamat berpuasa!

aku tak berapa nak puasa lah dua-tiga hari ni.sebab sakit -__-
dok sakit je kebelakangan ni? haritu kat Bandung batuk2..
nothing serious..cuma allergic je...allergic sampai gatal+bengkak satu badan.
huuu...kali terakhir dapat allergic ni beberapa tahun dulu..masa tu still kerja kat sushi king.
mungkin ada seafood dia yang tak berapa nak fresh..
esoknya terus dapat eczema.hurm....
kali ni mungkin makan kerang yang tak berapa nak fresh masa berbuka...
korang nak serve aku seafood yang fresh-fresh aje ye...
haduh.habis satu badan gatal-gatal dan kemerahan..
bibik kata sapu kunyit dengan garam...macam dah nak goreng ikan lah pulak..
last-last jumpa jugak calamine lotion..walaupun tak berapa nak berkesan..sapu je lah dulu buat sementara..

harini baru pergi jumpa doctor..jari-jari..lengan dengan kaki semua dah bengkak..
hadoi...malam pun tak dapat nak tidur sebab gatal yang amat... -____- *scratch scratch*

another beautiful thing in Bandung is that they have their Tangkuban Perahu.a must visit place!

kat Malaysia tak jumpa kawah gunung berapi macam ni.

popoko ni bukan perahu ok.sebab tu tak jumpa perahu kat mana2. =P

crater ni rupanya macam perahu.bukannya ada sungai nak kena naik perahu.

thanks again to Balqis Riza sebab bagi aku dengan Dina menyemak dalam tour group die.hihihi.

ada 12 kawah kat Tangkuban Perahu ni.tapi yang famous cuma 3 iaitu kawah Ratu,kawah Baru and kawah Domas.

Kawah-kawah yang lain tak sesuai untuk dibuka kepada pelawat sebab kawah-kawah tu masih keluarkan gas-gas yang merbahaya.methane i assume.jangan merokok nanti meletup! :D

i'm in dilemma.

to choose what is right for my future. *sigh* kena sembahyang istikharah ni.

you see...the boss has offered us to work for the company.katanye.nak cari pelapis untuk Pak Anggoro (our supervisor in Jakarta ; the head of everything).and...if we accept..we will be alternating working in Jakarta.

not that because the big boss is someone i knew like my entire life..but i can see that he is really hoping that we would accept the job. *sigh* gi mana sihh?

if i am to accept his offer...i will have practically two-in-one job.

because the 'thing' in malaysia is very very different from here in jakarta.

Malaysia ; microbiology, food science, fermentation (which i really liked ; Fermentation)

Indonesia ; mineralogy, coal & cokes, engineering, chemistry (i like the chemistry part.but not the engineering part)

hello from bandung!

dont get me wrong. i'm not going for vacation or ape2..

but to complete my 3-month internship here..

baru aku tau rupanya kat sini tak pelik bila student pegi buat intern kat luar negara..

supervisor aku sendiri dah pergi 3 buah negara semata-mata utk internship.

pertamanya ktorg ke bandung..then next week baru ke cibitung-jakarta.

ofis yang betul2nya kat jakarta..kat bandung ktorg cuma pergi "belajar" kat LIPI (lembaga ilmu pengetahuan indonesia)

thankfully bandung was a cool place.macam cameron highlands.

and our place is walking distance from the shopping hub.

ktorg dah buat tour around LIPI.and tengok lab dengan facilities yang ada..which is totally alien to us..ye la.macam mana la budak oleochem dgn microbiology bleh tercampak kat bidang geophysics and minerals sume ni.that one you have to ask our boss.huu..

okay.not going write a long post.the internet here is quite hard to access.i have to use dina's laptop.(laptop aku bleh campak laut je)

macam tak percaya je kan aku dah nak graduate?

pheww....habis dah pengajian 3 tahun kat ukm..

aku pun tak merancang untuk sambung belajar lagi...taktau la..kerja dulu kot..

bila dah stabil..ada duit..baru fikir2 nak sambung master.

hee..kot ada company nak sponsor ke =P kot2 la kan..

actually at first macam chaotic juga la ofis tu..abg taufik macam marah2 on the phone.

aku dengan dina dok diam2 je situ layan laptop.scary @_@

and then before lunch abg taufik macam buat informal interview..dia cakap serious.

haha.tapi memang dia tanya macam nak interview pun.

aku rasa..bila interview..memang kita kena jujur..i mean honest in a way that..

you dont act that you're very clever in everything..but actually you're not..

if you dont know just tell them...dont say that you know this and that..

or just say that...i've learnt a little bit about this..but not in details..just an introduction or exposure to the subject..

agak scary tadi bila dia tanya fokus dalam job hunting..in what field or area.

and so i told him that i prefer to work in food related area..and so as a microbiologist.i think if i work in that industry..i could/prefer blablablabla so on....

he asked me..if they give us a raw material (for exp : milk) then, would i be able to make the end product like they wanted...and i just said no..because my course is not about food manufacturing..but it's more to quality control...whether the product is safe to be consumed by people..or is it contaminated with anything..LoL..gila impromptu..and he did asked Dina whether she is able to work off shore is she got the job..(yes yes yes!)

and maybe around next week my lecturer will come for site visit.ngeng.

dah la next week busy nak prepare for exhibition.oh ya.

its really not a good start for me today.......

well hello!

percaya tak percaya aku gi tengok WOC tahun ni.

seronok dapat borak dengan cikgu (cikgu zul & cikgu midah). dua orang tu je la pun yang kenal.

i saw a few familiar faces.junior seratas pun ada.tapi diorang tak kenal aku pun.(diorang kenal panda dengan hanna je.cis) too bad la aku recognize and ingat dorang sape even through facebook je.(touching kejap)

and so here are my opinions on this year's orchestra.

tengok division 1 saje.division 2 tak pergi tengok sebab penat sangat hari tu.

since SERATAS merupakan first group yang main untuk div. 1

i say it was a very good opening.and i was excited and enjoying myself while watching them perform.great performance from them! really proud and happy that they played really well.

Abraham's (or is it Abram's?) Pursuit was an exciting song though.

bagus bagus.kesian panda,hanna dgn caer (and his friend) sebab tak sempat tengok seratas main.sesat barat.haih.putrajaya ni memang pening kepala betul.

aku sebenarnya macam dah bosan dengar lagu yang dok ulang2 dari tahun berapa tah.tapi ye la.tak semua sekolah mampu bawa lagu gempak2.and maybe diorang cuba untuk improve kualiti bunyi,skill or whatsoever.

SCATZ ; dunno why.but i felt a little bored while hearing them play.hurm.....

STAR ; impressive! they are improving tremendously this year.but still...a bit rocky here and there.tapi aku cakap kat abgngah..his band showed a lot of improvement berbanding dengan tahun-tahun yang lepas.congrats abgngah!

SMSAH ; as expected.they pick a song full with dynamics.no doubt they are very good with that.if they make it to the finals.i think it would be a good comeback for them.*clap clap*

SAS ; shockingly..tahun ni entah kenapa.they played like they didn't practice enough.it's a shock for a school like SAS to play like that.obviously masa lagu melayu.gila macam......dotdotdot......best wishes to them though.

cream puffyy~~

hey guys..

i don't know why, but last week i was craving for cream puffs.

and since no more cream puffs from Incheon (ke Pudong aku selalu konfius lah), and beard papa's are too expensive (kedekut nak keluar duit sebenarnya).

i've decided to try to bake my own cream puffsss~

cari resipi dari internet je ;)

and here are the outcome :

macam susah jugak nak pipe out paste ni.the dough is quite 'tough' and super sticky.

comel comel je puff shells aku buat ni.haha.

yang bawah ni bila dah ditambah dengan custard cream.

oh.kali ni.first time jugak aku buat custard cream sendiri.

sebelum ni guna yang instant punya je.

and the cream is thick and delicious~

yummy yummy~

it's either you want to fill the custard IN the puff shell

by piping it in of course.but i dont have the right nozzle and the piping bag..

or you can just cut the puff shell into half.and put the custard cream in between.

tadaaa~

the response from aina and the tasters (her friends) were great..well..for a beginner like me :D

coffee makes me feel jittery..

but i really depend on coffee or at least tea to keep me awake.
